The Quality group drives and facilitates all process related initiatives. This group leads the effort to define, document, implement and continuously improve the processes to ensure establishment and sustenance of a robust process infrastructure. It strives to initiate, maintain, and enhance the best practices within the organization.
The team draws up on the experience and expertise of the other members of the organization in discharging its responsibilities putting into practice the belief that the practitioners are the best people to define the process.

The Quality group has two primary objectives:
A. Process objective
Develop a mature process environment by establishing workable, flexible, and easy to use processes for development, which provides a common, repeatable approach for all products and functions within the organization.
B. Quality awareness objective
Develop and implement a strategy to raise awareness on quality within the organization through internal communication, knowledge sharing, and training.
